Our office hours are 10am - 3:30pm; work the rest of your 40 hours whenever is most convenient for you. We've also had employees work abroad for extended periods of time.

We're all remote these days; we allocate budget to make sure your home work office is comfortable and well-stocked with whatever you need to be most productive.

Work with other technical people. Everyone on the team codes, from the president down. Designers/developers do the interviewing and have the ultimate say on who joins the team.
